1. The liquid storage function is used to store and supply the liquid refrigerant in the refrigeration system, so that the profit and loss of the liquid refrigerant can be compensated and adjusted when the working conditions change. When the air conditioning system starts to work, the load is heavy, which requires a large amount of refrigerant circulation. After working for a period of time, the load will decrease, and the amount of refrigerant required will decrease accordingly.
Therefore, when the load is heavy, the liquid refrigerant in the accumulator is replenished, and the liquid refrigerant can be stored when the load is small. At the same time, since the connecting pipe of the automobile air-conditioning system uses a rubber connecting hose, there will always be a certain amount of refrigerant leakage, so the liquid receiver can also compensate for the slight leakage of refrigerant in the system.
2. Filtration In the refrigeration system, slag and dust will be brought in due to the lack of clean treatment during manufacture, or pollutants will be brought in due to the impurity of the refrigerant, or impurities may be shed due to the erosion of the refrigerant on the inner wall of the system components , There may also be dirt in the pipeline, as well as metal wear debris when the compressor is running.
3.Drying is used to absorb moisture from the refrigerant, the presence of which may cause ice blockage. The moisture comes from the loose drying of the refrigerant, or the entry of air, or the dissolved moisture in the refrigeration oil.
