Check each pipe joint for oil stains. If there is oil stain, it means that there is leakage in this part, and it should be repaired in time. Spring lock quick connectors are commonly used in automobile air conditioning pipelines, and special tools must be used when disassembling the connectors. There are three sizes: 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inches. It is not allowed to use self-made tools or other substitutes, otherwise the locking spring in the joint is easily damaged, resulting in refrigerant leakage. Once the damage cannot be repaired, the air conditioning pipeline assembly must be replaced. When installing the pipe joint, you must use a new special sealing ring, and apply a little refrigeration oil in advance to ensure smooth installation and improve the sealing effect.
(7) Maintenance of air-conditioning compressors.
After stopping the refrigeration system, start the compressor for 5 minutes every two weeks. This has the following advantages:
1. Send the refrigerating machine oil to the shaft seal to prevent the shaft seal from drying up and reduce the sealing effect.
2. The compressor is a precision part, and if it is not used for a long time, it will cause "cold welding" on its precision mating surface.
3. Refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil will produce chemical changes. If the compressor does not work for a long time, it is easy to form corrosion spots on the mating surface, destroying the finish and precision of the parts.
