1. Through-beam photoelectric sensor
The so-called through-beam sensor means that the transmitter and receiver that make up the sensor are placed separately. After the transmitter emits infrared light, it will reach the location of the receiver after a certain distance of transmission, and form a path with the receiver. , When the object we need to detect passes through the through-beam photoelectric sensor, the light path will be blocked by the detected object. This is the receiver will respond in time and output a switch control signal. In an environment with serious dust pollution or Through-beam photoelectric sensors can be applied in the field environment.
2. Diffuse reflection photoelectric sensor
The detection head of this sensor is also equipped with a transmitter and a receiver, but there is no reflector. Under normal circumstances, the receiver cannot receive the light emitted by the transmitter, but when the object we need to detect passes through In the case of photoelectric sensors, the object will reflect light back, and the receiver receives the light signal and outputs a switch control signal. Most of the diffuse reflection photoelectric sensors are used in automatic flushing systems.
3. Reflective photoelectric sensor
A transmitter, a receiver and a reflector are installed in a joint device at the same time. The photoelectricity emitted by the transmitter will be reflected to the receiver under the action of the reflection principle, and the function of this photoelectric control is also the so-called reflective photoelectric switch. Under normal circumstances, the reflector will reflect the light emitted by the transmitter back, and the receiver can receive it. When the detected object blocks the light path, the receiver will not receive the reflected light, and the switch will work and output Switch signal. Reflective photoelectric sensors are generally used to distinguish opaque objects, and have a large effective distance, which can be used in environments with severe dust pollution.
4. Groove photoelectric sensor
It is usually called a U-shaped photoelectric switch. The transmitter and the receiver are installed on both sides of the U-shaped groove, and the two form a unified optical axis. When the object we detect passes through the U-shaped groove, the optical axis will be cut off. This is the photoelectric switch that will react and output the switch signal. The slot-shaped photoelectric switch has high stability and safety, so it is generally used in the detection of transparent objects, semi-transparent objects and high-speed changing objects.
5. Optical fiber photoelectric sensor
The working principle of this photoelectric sensor is to connect the light at the light source to the position of the detection point with an optical fiber. The light inside the modulation area will interact with the object to be measured, thereby changing the optical properties of the light, and then the light receiver will be Upon receiving the optical signal at the detection point, a fiber optic photoelectric switch is formed.
