The air conditioning electromagnetic clutch coil is burned, in addition to the quality problem, the main reason is that the pressure of the air conditioning system is too high, and the resistance to drive the compressor operation is too large, exceeding the electromagnetic suction of the electromagnetic coil, so that the clutch active and passive discs produce relative slip friction, resulting in overheating and burning.
There are 3 reasons why the air conditioning system is too stressed:
(1) The engine is idle when parking, and the air conditioner is used under sun exposure for a long time;
(2) When the water tank cooling fan fails, the air conditioner is also used for a long time and with high intensity (the water tank cooling fan is shared with the air conditioner condenser fan);
(3) Excessive Freon added to the refrigeration system.
