The disassembly and assembly steps of the car condenser are as follows:
Disassembly sequence:
1. Drain the refrigerant of the refrigeration system from the pipeline.
2. Remove the water inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser respectively.
3. Remove the radiator.
4. Unscrew the fixing bolts with a special tool and take out the condenser.
Installation sequence:
1. In order to fully dissipate the heat of the condenser, the condenser should be cleaned before installation to ensure that there is enough air flowing through the condenser coil.
2. Correctly install the condenser so that the gap between its upper end and the engine cover is not less than 15 mm.
3. When connecting the wires, the distance between the connecting wire and the engine block should be greater than 50mm, and the distance between the connecting wire and the fuel pipe should be greater than 100mm.
4. In order to prevent the temperature-sensing capillary on the evaporator from coming out, it should be clamped before installation, and the temperature-sensing tube must not be twisted.
