Method Two:
In the process of overhauling the electromagnetic switch of the starter, if it is found that the additional resistance of the ignition coil on the electromagnetic switch of the starter is damaged and the contact piece of the short-circuit switch is damaged, and there is no such contact piece accessory at hand, you can use any one on the old alternator whose model is ZQ -15 or ZQ-20 diodes to repair.
Regardless of whether you use a positive tube or a negative tube, you must first weld a lead wire on the outer shell of the diode. If you use a negative tube, you need to connect the welding wire of the negative tube shell to the connecting column of the starter electromagnetic switch into the magnetic field, and connect the original lead wire of the negative tube to the connecting column of the additional resistance short circuit switch of the starter electromagnetic switch; if you use a positive tube, connect it as follows: exactly the opposite.
But it should be noted that neither the casing nor the leads of the diode can be grounded. Using this method to repair the ignition coil additional resistance short-circuit switch contact piece on the electromagnetic switch of the starter does not need to disassemble the starter and disassemble the electromagnetic switch, so it is time-saving and convenient.
